| Shipments |
We provide all your Shipments Fast, door to door delivery at your door step.
All the goods ordered on non-public holiday with in 9 AM to 5 PM Nepali Standard time will be delivered with in Five to Four Days of date of Order Placed. We will confirm the consignments with the Tracking Number Provided by our Service provider with in the 24hrs of order Date.

How to Determine the Proper Rate for your Export Shipment
Shipping Charges are based on the weight and zone.
Determine the total weight of the shipment
Rates are based on the total actual weight or the total dimensional weight of all packages in a shipment, whichever is greater.
How to determine Dimensional weight
Shipping charges will be based on the dimensional weight of the shipment when the dimensional weight exceeds the actual weight. Dimensional weight is determined by using the International Air Transport Association (IATA) volumetric standard.
Step 1
Calculate cubic size: Multiply the length by the width and by the height (each rounded up to the nearest whole centimeter) of each package.
Step 2
Determine the dimensional weight: Divide the cubic size of the package by 6000 to determine the dimensional weight in kilograms. Increase fraction of a weight to the next full kilogram. |

Brokerage and Claims |
For any damage or claims has to be notified with in the 24hrs of Consignment. At our Regional office with reference provided the Airway Bill Number and Order ID.

Insurance Policy |
We suggest our Customer to have the shipments insurance covered for any shipments above US$100. Mandatory 1% of the total amount of the Goods will cover your freight and coverage for damage and claims. |

Thamel.com has implemented a AVS (Address Verification System) policy to protect our customers from credit card fraud on the internet. To cut down on unauthorized charges, all orders must contain the billing address that is verified for the credit card. If the order does not contain the verifiable billing address. AVS will acquire to supply us with a legible faxed copy of your credit card (front & back), a copy of your driver's license or passport with your name as it appears on the credit card and your signature. | When will my credit card be charged? |
